Spa Policies
When scheduling We need a credit card to put on file to reserve your appointment.
When cancelling We need 24 hours notice or you will be charged for the last minute cancellation. Groups of 3+ require 72 hours notice.
If you no-show your appointment You will be charged for the services you were booked for so that the therapists get paid for the time reserved.
If you arrive late You’re still responsible for paying for the full service you scheduled, even if we can’t deliver the full time due to the late arrival.
Directions We are located in downtown Clearwater at 700 Court Street, west of Myrtle Ave and on the corner of East Street. Across from Walgreens.
Parking Parking is located on the west side of the building (along the railroad tracks) as well as in front of the building.
Retail All retail purchases are final. No refunds. Store credit may be given for unopened/unused products at the discretion of management.
Gift Certificates Gift Certificates are available in any dollar amount. You can purchase a gift certificate in person or on our website. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. If there is a price increase for the service, the client is responsible for the remaining balance.
